As a professional NYC dancer, I have loved movement my entire life. Whether spinning through the air or settling into savasana, I'm amazed at how the body reacts to both action and stillness.
There's something about a good flow or workout that gets you out of your head and lets you hone in, mind and body focused on just one thing for a just a few moments. It's such a gift. I love feeling that fire and noticing when my mind takes over to encourage my body to press on.
After years of focusing on perfect lines, I now allow myself to just show up and accept every day is different. We let go of what it looks like and explore how it feels in the body today.
I'll always harp on alignment and form, I'll push with a smirky smile, and I'll value the work of our community, sweating and hauling to the finish line. I'm never exactly sure what's going to happen when the music starts, but let's make our way through together!
I'm starting an Accelerated Bachelor's in Nursing at Samuel Merritt, graduating in April 2023. So stay posted and patient with my teaching schedule. I have no clue what's in store!

Tiny movements, loads of reps, J. Lo giving us inspiration for that booty- basically PT for an hour to the beat of some funky tunes. We cook those muscles til we get the shakes! Full body, full burn, you'll smile when you feel it tomorrow. Pre/postnatal and baby-wearing options too.

Full body workout focused on strength and flexibility training. Three rounds of cardio and strength interval intensity, we plow through to define and tone that body. Buckets of sweat.
