MY APPROACH

As a professional NYC dancer, I have loved movement my entire life. Whether spinning through the air or settling into savasana, I'm amazed at how the body reacts to both action and stillness.


There's something about a good flow or workout that gets you out of your head and lets you hone in, mind and body focused on just one thing for a just a few moments. It's such a gift. I love feeling that fire and noticing when my mind takes over to encourage my body to press on. 

After years of focusing on perfect lines, I now allow myself to just show up and accept every day is different. We let go of what it looks like, and explore how it feels in the body today. 

I'll always harp on alignment and form, I'll push with a smirky smile, and I'll value the work of our community, sweating and hauling to finish line. I'm never exactly sure what's going to happen when the music starts, but let's make our way through together!

Quick update: I've been diving back into pre reqs for nursing. One quarter down, a billion to go!

We start slow to get flowing. Wake up the body, explore different pathways, and build heat throughout. A fan of breath work and aromatherapy, I bring the mind, body, and senses together for a spicy practice followed by relaxing vibes.

Stephanie was welcoming, upbeat, and form-focused. Such a great workout for all levels! I was a newbie amongst regulars- everybody was feelin' it.

Great first class. Was my first time trying barre and Stephanie was great. 10/10 would do it again!

Amazing class with Stephanie- tough but so good! She has great energy and takes the class through every part of the body. Felt the burn.
